The Story

Born from a vision by Mai Morita, the first Miss SAKE, to create world-class sake with Fukui's exceptional breweries. Based at "Fukui Minami-Aoyama 291," Fukui Prefecture's Tokyo antenna shop, the project launched as part of the "ALL FUKUI" consortium initiated in 2022, led by Oudem Corporation. After designing five distinct flavor profiles, Morita visited each brewery personally to share the vision and collaborate. Using Fukui's water and rice, the project honors regional character while leveraging each brewery's strengths, resulting in five exceptional sake varieties. The brand actively promotes sake culture internationally, including in Singapore.
