The Story

TOKYO NOUVEAU was born in 2023, following the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the mission to "revitalize restaurants once again." Planned by Fam Lab. Inc., it is a limited-edition orange wine series created annually around the theme of "the current atmosphere of Tokyo." The 2025 edition's theme is "Tokyo in the AI Era." Under the catchphrase "This City Has More AI Than Love," it depicts contemporary Tokyo where AI technology has permeated daily life, while hoping to help people rediscover human connections that tend to fade in the pursuit of convenience, through the experience of wine. Brewed by FUKAGAWA WINERY TOKYO in Monzen-nakacho, Tokyo, using 100% Yamagata Prefecture Delaware grapes fermented with natural yeast, unfiltered and additive-free. Released annually on November 11th (Good Connection Day), it is establishing itself as Tokyo's new wine culture.
