"Sake Colored by Saitama's Breweries"

The Story

"Sai SAKE Saitama Project" – A Project Born from Miss SAKE Saitama's Vision to Promote Saitama Sake to the World. The "Sai SAKE Saitama Project" was created through the collective efforts of successive Miss SAKE Saitama members, centered around Morita Mai, the first Miss SAKE. Despite Saitama Prefecture ranking fourth nationally in sake shipment volume (as of the 2020 survey) and being recognized as one of Japan's premier sake regions, its appeal remains relatively unknown. The project aims to break through this perception by collaborating with 32 breweries throughout the prefecture to create opportunities for people to discover Saitama and to visit the region.
