The Story

The Sai Series is a sake collection created together with women involved in the Miss SAKE Saitama competition, including Miss SAKE Saitama finalists. This sake was crafted in collaboration with Matsuoka Brewery.

What makes this sake particularly distinctive is that it was aged in bourbon barrels, imparting a subtle oak character. This creates a unique taste and depth of flavor found nowhere else. The result is an elegant yet dry sake with a flavor profile unlike anything before.
